Interviewing candidates over phone, interview arrangements closing.

Has strong experience
with high volume recruitment in green field brown field projects.
·
Possess strong sense
of Urgency Flexibility.
·
Working with
recruitment, selection of candidates, offers, salary negotiation, interview
techniques
·
Discuss the
"core" of the job description with the candidate to make them more
understand about the offered job
·
Preparing daily and
weekly recruitment reports, meetings and conference calls.
·
Pre interview
preparation and post interview follow-up.
·
Understanding of
clients requirements.
·
Follow up with the
selected candidates till the date of joining.
·
Maintaining the
candidates database of various levels.
·
Regular Interaction
with the client.
·
Proactive approach in
helping team on daily operations.
Essential Conditions:
·
Fresher or candidates
having experience in recruitment
·
Good knowledge of
internet.
·
Decent communication
skill.
·
Must have own laptop
Education
UG: B.B.A/ B.M.S in Management
PG: MBA/PGDM in Marketing
