Job Description

·         Overseeing the customer service process.

·         Driving towards customer delight and ensuring smooth service and rendering of services.

·         Maximizing weekly revenues by overachieving daily targets

·         Helps the customers with Technical or Non-technical queries related to
their tests.

·         Resolving customer complaints brought to your attention.


Desired Candidate Profile

·         Excellent Communication Skills (English & Hindi)

·         Customer focus and problem-solving ability

·         Basic Computer Knowledge

·         At least 6 months Experience in CSE.

·         Keen understanding of the business and technical context in which keys accounts are situated.

·         Excellent active listening skills

·         Excellent verbal communication
