·
You will review
current accounting system and recommend any changes that needs to be made in
Charts of Accounts, methodology, backup and supporting documentation
·
You will coordinate
with remote bookkeepers and accountants to help maintain the daily books, posting
accruals, working on journal entries, performing fixed assets, general ledger,
and inventory accounting.

Assist with quarterly
and annual tax returns, working with our 3rd party tax preparer to supply
important information and to ensure returns are filed timely and accurately
·
Coordinate with
outside auditors
·
Work with financial
reports, metrics, analyze and interpret financial data
·
Manage and monitor the
integrity of the financial records
·
Perform ad hoc
analysis and special assignments as required
·
Maintain
confidentiality of financial information or any other tasks assigned by the
organization
·
Ability to review
general legal items and make recommendations
·
Provide financial
insights on efficiency improvements, cost savings and accounting software
