3. Enhance new and existing business development thru GO TO MARKET
STRATEGY
4. Implement and execute new customer acquisition Sales strategies
successfully
5. Constantly identify gaps to achieve business performance with
focus on New product sales
6. Establish best in class SOP of sales team with focus on
adherence of policies and procedures
7. Establish Market Intelligence system to take action to improve
bottom line
8. Ensure 90% of sales form 3/5/10 years Annual rate contract
9. Ensure repeat business from active customers in last 3 FY
10. Maintain efficient payment cycle to meet business requirement
and meet NDL payment policy
11. Work on hiring, motivating, developing and training sales team
12. Ensure training on functional and behavior skills for your team
members, with 100% adherence
13. Ensure proper feedback to support functions for effective
operations at site, and for improvement
