Job Description

Job Summary

A sales executive is in charge of developing new or revising business revenue strategies, as well as overseeing the overall management of an existing sales and marketing team. They are also in charge of business partnerships, which include the development of new revenue opportunities, the creation of value-added opportunities, and mutually beneficial market activation programmes.

Roles and responsibilities

  • Lead and grow sales in accordance with the company's strategies.
  • Manage customer relationships within the targeted region
  • Generating sales for the product
  • Plan and prioritize resources and sales activities to meet the sales plan
  • Identifying new lead opportunities, developing sales goals for the team, and ensuring they are met.
  • Management of online/telephonic or email-based inquiries, allocating to the appropriate business development team member where possible, in order to successfully land projects within the targeted region.
  • Generate predetermined levels of business revenues with special attention to net revenues
  • Identify new sales partners and growth opportunities by conducting market research and networking.
  • Growing companies revenue and the customer base

Skills required

  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport with clients
  • Self-motivated, possessing leadership qualities and the ability to think creatively
  • Good knowledge of PowerPoint presentation
  • Understanding and leveraging synergies within an organisation
  • Very good operational and organizational skills
  • High level of integrity and work ethics
  • Good listening and problem-solving skills

Academic qualification

  • Any bachelor’s degree/background
  • Must be in the final year of a UG/PG program or have graduated. Freshmen are also welcome to apply.
  • Working experience of 1 year in any/similar field ( optional)
  • Fresher can apply who wants to opt for Delhi & Banglore location only

Job Types: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

Salary: ₹350,000.00 - ₹1,000,000.00 per year
