We are looking for a Senior Office Administrator responsible for the office administrative work. You will perform a variety of administrative tasks, including managing phones and emails, scheduling appointments and planning meetings. For this position, you should be able to use your organizational skills to manage your office space and your time, as you will collaborate with clients and colleagues in a fast-paced environment. You should also have excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ultimately, you should be able to support our senior managers and ensure our day-to-day office operations run smoothly.
Job description
· Candidate should be B.com / M Com with more than 5 years’ experience in mid-size service industry
· worked in QuickBooks Accounting Software is an added advantage (at least worked for 3 years and handled the finalization of balance sheet)
· Bookkeeping in Quick book Software and handling routine day to day accounting.
· Preparing the Sales Orders in QuickBooks and reviewing on weekly basis
· Preparing the Sales invoice and payment follow up with customer
· Vendor Invoice processing & payment, raising Purchase Orders
· TDS, GST, PF and ESIC monthly payment
· Vendor ledger reconciliation and Customer ledger reconciliation
· Employee expense reimbursement
· Monthly book closing activity – Bank reconciliation & review of ledger accounts

Responsibilities
· Greet visitors and direct them to the appropriate offices
· Conduct clerical duties, including filing, answering phone calls, responding to emails and preparing documents
· Coordinate project deliverables
· Perform accounting tasks, including invoicing and budget tracking
· Schedule meetings and travel arrangements for senior members of the company
· Provide administrative support for operations team
· Monitor the production staff
