Job Responsibilities
1. Will be in charge of all Customer Service-related tasks.
2. Take care of client complaints, inbound and outbound calls, and online chats.
3. Keep track of customer complaints and report them to the appropriate Quality team for a proper resolution and follow-up. Provide answers to customer questions and information.
4. Managing reports and working on CRM.
5. Any other tasks entrusted to you by management.

- Self-starter who can work under pressure, work well in a team, and multitask.
- Ability to operate in a fast-paced workplace is required.
- At least 6 months of service industry/call centre experience is required.
-Because this is a work-from-home position, a laptop, WiFi, and an Android phone are required.
