· To keep complete liaison with the existing clients & generate new clients · Continuous customer contact/visit to know existing /new requirement · Visit reports / accounts vouchers & completing correspondence / dictations on daily basis. · To prepare and submit Technical & Commercial proposals to the clients & further discussions to book order. · Discussions with senior officers for pending matters and follow-up action. · Submitting timely / weekly / monthly / annual performance reports. . The collection of outstanding payments. · To review the progress of pending enquiries on regular basis. · To review Pending Orders and follow-up with the respective WORKS for timely supply of goods. . To meet respective order delay schedule to the satisfaction of the client. · To ensure that the target fixed is achieved. · Any other works allotted by the management. |
