Job Description

1. 2 years’ data entry experience or AP experience
2. Bachelor’s Degree in Finance or Business accepted in lieu of experience
3. 10-key (Numpad) speed of at least 8,000 KPH with minimal errors
4. Ability to maintain confidentiality with regard to financial matters
5. Excellent bookkeeping and organizational skills
6. Comfortable with accepting and applying constructive criticism
7. Advanced mathematical skills
8. Index invoices and file them in the appropriate places
9. Identify unpaid invoices and notify the appropriate parties
10. Disperse and monitor petty cash resources
11. Evaluate and process expense reports from employees and executives
12. Prepare checks for disbursement
13. Maintain accurate and thorough vendor records
14. Evaluate and approve POs
