Job Description

  1. Build and improve relationships with customers, key suppliers and partners.
  2. Review company practices to ensure clients get maximum satisfaction from their purchases.
  3. Identify potential opportunities and inform the sales team to follow up.
  4. Educate and inform clients about the company’s products, services and special offers.
  5. Attend to client complaints and resolve issues promptly.
  6. Conduct customer satisfaction surveys and recommend ways of improving client satisfaction.
  7. Work with internal departments to ensure company meets clients’ expectations.
  8. Oversee customer relationship management system.
  9. Excellent verbal and written communication skills
