1. Upsell & cross-sell various Management, IT & Finance related courses
2. Attend to the Sales & Services calls received on the Customer Care numbers
3. Chat Process  Be available to address any query coming through online Chat mode
4. Converting Telephonic Enquiries into admissions
5. Responsible for achieving business targets through effective counselling, as per timelines
6. Regularly follow up for lead generations through Tele-calling
7. Counselling & Career guidance on the company offerings seminars, workshops 
8. Excellent communication Skills
   
9. Graduate/Post Graduate in any discipline.
