Job Description

·         Perform all follow up for all outbound calls

·         Strong follow-up strategist.

·         Handle both inbound /outbound calls.

·         He / She will collaborate with company executives to develop strategic plans for business growth based on short-term and long-term goals, communicate those goals to your team, and guide them to success.

·         Interacting with existing and prospective clients (Investors, retailers, and individuals of high net worth) to keep them upbeat with the latest developments and offerings and also making them a part of our future projects.

·         Maximize revenue generation and lead closures by using social and public media marketing campaigns.

·         Strong client focus including pre and post-sales services for long term wealth retention.

·         Conducting market review/studies and analysing competitors activities thereby devising strategies to counter them.

·         Liaising between customers and the company for up-to-date status of service, pricing, and new product release launches.

·         Establishing, maintaining and expanding your customer base.

·         Excellent communication and selling skills.

·         Analytics driven skills and ability to understand and act according to the key parameters such as conversion rate, leads to meetings, meetings to site visits ratio.

Education
