Job Description
- Required Telesales Manager
- Responsible for setting weekly and monthly sales targets
- Training new Telesales staff,
- Designing and implementing sales strategies, monitoring the performance of the sales team,
- Handling escalated customer complaints.
- Working with the digital marketing and analytics team for lead generation Candidate Profile
- 10-12 years of experience in Telesales preferably in insurance sales.
- Must have handled a tele calling team of at least 100 people
- Young, energetic & vibrant
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
