We have an immediate opening for an Front Office Executive company based in Munirka.
Use proper Telephone manners in case of incoming or outgoing calls. Understand and use properly the Mail, Parcel, Message Delivery.
• Report any unusual occurrence or request to the Manager on Duty or the Office Manager.
• Maintain the Cleanliness and neatness of the Front Desk Area at all the Times.
• Read and initial pass on logbook and Front Office Bulletin Board to keep updated and current.
• To do the calls, fixing the appointment on daily basis and fix up min. 5 walk ins per day or 20 walk-ins in the week.
