Operate and update Tally daily to record, store, and analyze information. Maintain and analyze accounting records, financial statements and Excel Sheets. Ensure accuracy of billing data and remove errors. Maintain accurate bookkeeping daily. Facilitate in annual report preparation. Supervise all bank transactions. Comply with all regulatory guide lines regarding accounts and audit. Handling petty cash, costing, accounting, vouchers, finance, reconciliation, payments, credit control, and invoicing. Raising invoices to customers and clients. Strictly monthly completion of TDS, GST and other tasks. Closing of Balance sheets. Maintain the fixed asset register, ensure all assets are correctly capitalized and classified, post monthly depreciation, etc. Ensure all bank accounts and petty cash balances are reconciled at each month end. Prepare and minute AGM and other board meetings for compliance. Oversee the annual audit, prepare and provide all reports, schedules and other audit evidence and information requested by auditors. Responsible for efficient and timely completion of audit. ITR filing. Follow up with Accounts Payable and Receivables.
