WE ARE HIRING FOR TELE-SALES FOR KESHAV PURAM LOCATION
Responsibilities:
1. Cold calling to identify new prospective leads.
Attend inbound Sales enquiries & do proper sales call.
Quotation mailing & follow up.
2.Handling Existing Customer orders/ Co-ordination on phone/
Message.
3.Customer Service.
4.Mail & Letter drafting in English.
5.Generating leads and developing new business through
telephone calls, email and social media.
6.Following up on leads and identifying potential prospects.
Building and cultivating prospect relationships with clients
Provide information regarding products, services and prices and
answer questions from customers
7.Continuous follow-up to ensure sales closure.
Maintains relationships with clients by providing support,
information, and guidance
8.Preparing daily sales reports and dashboards
Requisite Skills:
Should have good communication skills (Hindi/English)
Skilled in Outbound calling techniques
1-2 years experienced candidates can apply
Basic knowledge of computer – Proficiency in MS Office
Excellent voice quality
Desired Skills:
Candidate should be experienced in Telesales minimum 2 years (Outbound/Inbound Process).They should possess good communication skills
Education: Any Graduate
Relevant Experience: 6 months-1 years
CTC per annum: Rs.2.4L-3L p.a. +Attractive Incentives
Total Experience: 1-2 years
Monthly Net Salary: Rs.20,000-22000+

Languages Known Hindi, English, Tamil.
