 Should be well versed with Co- Ordination, Technical Drawings, and Concept Design, and Design Review, timely Follow-ups on Projects deliverable, consultant coordination, and Vendor Management.

 Be comfortable in site supervision & willing to travel all over India.

 Electrical and plumbing detail drawing, Flooring layouts, particular area designing along with detailing.

 Require for the coordinate working of the interior & exterior projects.

 Be able to understand clients need & coordinate with them. 

 Prior experience in sales in mandatory along with interaction with architects, interiors designers and real estate companies' Excellent knowledge of the local city and capable of working independently to secure orders in your area.
