• You will be required to own the sales funnel & drive sales closure.
• You will need to achieve sales targets on projects month on month.
• Ensure sales funnel management to achieve a higher conversion rate output.
• Target and achieve 3 to 5 projects a month, by ensuring new project bookings.
• Responsible for Customer Experience & Relationship Management.
• Build a network of real estate brokers in an allocated area and develop partnerships with them
• Document all call information in the CRM according to standard operating procedures.
Job Requirement :
• Bachelor's Qualification: B-Arch/ B. Sc Interior Designing (preferred) | If any other, then with relevant industry exposure (Residential Interiors Executions)
• 3+ years of relevant work experience in B2C Business Development and Growth.
• Great sales skills with a knack for connecting with the clients
• Good listening skills to understand the requirement of the clients
• Good interpersonal, analyzing & follow-up skills
• Highly motivated individual who is target driven
• Flexible with work timings/ schedule and availability
• Good relationship management and account management skills
• Good working knowledge of real estate brokers and their business
