1 to 5 years of diverse, hands-on Human Resources experience including all facets of the HR functions.
Bachelors or Masters degree in Human Resource
Capacity to demonstrate excellent judgment and adhere to strict confidentiality requirements.
Well versed with compliance and legal matters
Exhibit excellent organizational, written, verbal and analytical skills.
Ability to independently manage and execute tasks with multiple conflicting priorities and deadlines.
Experience with standards, processes and policies
Experience with Talent acquisition, retention, performance, leadership and team development
